My dear friend, I am glad you have accepted my request to write down this message.

Ego has much more power than people truly understand and we cannot repeat it often enough. We can ask as much Love as we want, if we do not work on our egos we will never be free of worries and darkness. Love helps us to get rid of ego but, as with everything in life, there is the other side of the story (of duality) that ego blocks us from receiving love (even DL) or acting with love. Some people will not accept this because it is not in accord with what they believe (or want) but it is true.

When people don’t want to believe truth there is always an underlying reason: that ego wants to preserve itself. Everybody wants to be loved and for that we are willing to do whatever we need; even becoming something or someone we do not want to be. And the most difficult thing to accept of this process, is accepting the fact we choose to become this way by using our free will.

So, if we want to get rid of our ego, we have to accept we (ourselves) are the reason why we are who we are at this moment. Since we all only want to be loved, it is hard to accept we have become someone we did not want to become. However, the only way to ever reach the heavens of heaven is by daring to be vulnerable; by tearing down all the walls and layers ego has build around our soul; by understanding we are always in full control.

And, yes, Divine Love can help us with this but it will not do it for us. There is no easy way out or around it and no magical formula. Only when we come to understand this truth, real progress will start. It is inherent to our nature to look for the easy way out; to try and skip some ‘levels’: to maximize gains with minimum effort or energy loss. But many are starting to understand this path leads nowhere. Believing that asking for the Divine Love is all we need to do to reach the Celestial Heavens will get us as far as believing the blood of Jesus washes away all our sin.

Divine Love is all we’ll ever need. It is the key to freedom, God and eternity. But without submission of our egos and its free will, it will not get us to the place we want to be.

(Question.)

Yes, that is true and this may upset some people, but truth always will. Love will stir up ego in its attempt to shine light upon it and ego will always fight back to keep itself alive. And again the true power of ego and free will is shown. Divine Love will not interfere with it. It will only steer people in the right direction to help accept the truth but it will not force it upon us. And the only way to find out the truth is by testing it and doing something with it while staying objective and not let our ego and its preconceived ideas keep us from trying.

There is a path that leads to the Celestial heavens but no one can skip the necessary (minimum) amount of steps that need to be taken. Anybody can add as many extras as they want and take as much time as they need but no one can skip any primary step. As we cannot open the lock of a safe by skipping some symbols of the code (because we believe we can) we cannot unlock the doors of heaven by skipping primary steps just because we believe we can. This is a truth we all have to accept when we want to reach our goals, no exceptions made.

It will not be easy (from an ego perspective) because it means we will have to do and accept things our egos do not want to accept or do. And therefore we will gladly accept and belief there is an easier way out.

But we need to understand this is a normal reaction. If you look at the child witnessing something ‘unloving’, its intuitive reaction will be to look away. If a monster shows up on TV the child will cover its eyes with a nearby object at hand, mostly a pillow. Well, it is that same process that triggers us to ‘cover our eyes’ when life wants to show us something about our egos that is not in compliance with the love. And the reason is we all just want to be love(d).

Looking at our egos is one of the hardest things to do. But whatever heaven we want to reach, we will have to deal with it, sooner or later. The Divine Love will take us to the most illuminated places but not without visiting the darkest ones because they need to be filled with Light too.

So you see, knowledge without action leads nowhere. If knowledge is gained it needs to be shared and put into action otherwise progress will stagnate and new knowledge cannot manifest because the next layer cannot be build if there is no solid foundation to build it upon.

And so it is with Divine Love; if the proper foundation is not there, no extra DL will be received no matter how much we ask for it. If we do not submit our egos to our souls, by trying to keep our egos intact, we are not being truthful in our asking for DL so we will not receive more because not all conditions to receive the DL are met.

I see you are getting tired now so I am going to stop here. I am glad you took the time to write down some of my thoughts. Please share them.

The difference between ego and soul.

Good evening, Guten Abend. My name is John, mein name ist Johannes. I’m very glad to be here with you tonight.

I have come because I want to share my love with you. And the reason why I’m here is also to shed some light on what we call “ego”. Most of you do not know the difference between “ego” and “soul”. Let me try to enlighten you so that in the future you can make that distinction and it will help you to get rid of that what you do not need on this earth.

Some people say they want to be the most loving person in the whole world. Some say they want to be the best at playing soccer. And both are things from the ego, because the soul does not compare. And when you use the words “most” or “best” or “better” you are comparing yourself to others, which the soul does not do, because the soul knows we are all equal. We are all loved equally. We are all as important as anybody else. So when somebody says he wants to be the most loving person in the whole world, this does not come from the soul. This comes from the ego.

In what I have just told you lies the secret to your happiness, lies the secret to truth. And it will help you to understand ego and soul more properly. And know it is not complicated. There is an enormous truth in the simple words and the simple sentences that I have just used to portray to you the difference between ego and soul. As souls we know that who we are is enough. As souls we do not want to compete with each other, because we understand how ridiculous that even is, because all of us are unique. All of you are unique. You are special in your own ways, but then again you’re no more special than anybody else. And once you start accepting those simple things the light inside of you will shine much further than the skin of your body. It is not easy to see past your own egos, to see past your own history, your own past. But when you are in darkness the only thing you need to do is to let the light inside of you, that what we call your soul, shine. And it is that light; it is that love, that Essence from the Big Soul that will help you to see the truth in the darkness you are going through. Because only ego can create darkness. And it is the soul that creates light.

Live in the now! Live as you were when you were children. Rejoice and be happy with the simple things in life. And understand that every one of you is important. That none of you are replaceable, because all of you are unique. Ego says you need to be famous, you need to be a top-manager, you need to be the best dad. Soul just says you just need to be yourself. Nothing more, nothing less. And when you dare to be yourself, the world around you will change, because you will see the world differently.

So stop comparing yourself to others. It is like a good soccer-team: there is need of a goal-keeper; there is need of good defenders, good midfielders and good attackers. And all are equally important. And if one of them fails it weakens the team. So you see: all of you are equally important.

So we want to encourage you to be yourself and to do the things that you love the most. And only then can and will the world change. Why? Because you will change and you are the world, you are the world you live in.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk to you. We love the opening of the circle, but want to add to it: we would like you to add your energy to the bowl after everybody mentioned his and her name. We would like someone to mention and concentrate on the bowl, so that the people, whose names were written on the paper in the bowl, will receive the same amount of love and energy that you give each other.

How to help deceased children.

Good evening my dear friends. It is a pleasure to be with you. My name is Fabiola. (=Queen Fabiola from Belgium)

 

The reason I am here is to ask you all a favor. I have witnessed this medium help lost souls several times at his home. Once in a while he has a very beautiful and pure moment where he reads fairytales to the children in the spirit world.

 

So, it wasn’t a coincidence there were so many children present tonight. It was to show you how many children get lost or stuck in the earth plane of the spirit world. The reason for this is that most of the time they do not know what has happened or where they are. This often occurs because the parents did not talk to them about the hereafter because they for example do not believe in it themselves. Sometimes parents are also so occupied with their own grief (of the loss of their child) that they do not realize they are keeping their child from further progression. And so on.

 

Unfortunately, this medium has his physical limitations, like every human being. Therefore, according to my own feeling, he cannot communicate as much with the children (from the spirit world) as I would like. Hence my question to all of you, especially as parents and grandparents who realize the importance of children in your lives, that you too would take some time to read a short story or fairytale to these children (in the spirit world).

 

In the end it’s all about Love. And if you use your love for children to read to them, those children will be attracted to you whether they are in your neighborhood or even hundreds of kilometers away from you. And the only thing you need to do, after you read them a short story or fairytale, is to ask them to look around and tell them to look for a beautiful and bright light that will appear on the horizon. Tell them to let that light come closer and that they will see an Angel appearing.

 

You don’t have to do that too often, just as much as you like or can. If each one of you does this once a month it would make a big difference in the number of children that get stuck here. Because, you have to understand, that although most children are very innocent, they do tend to use the energy of the living. And that is not good. They must learn where they can get their own energy from, how they must do that and how life goes on from that moment in time. Only then can they truly start to learn, just like the first girl who asked for your help earlier on, how they can help their own family to continue. And when those children get the help they need, they will start to learn how they, in turn, can help their family instead of using and draining their families’ energy because they don’t know what has happened to them or where they are.

 

Most of you ask yourself regularly: “How can I help this world? Is there something I can do to help make this world a better place?” My answer to that is: “Yes!” You do not have to risk your life for it. The only thing you need is your love for children. And when you use that love to read a story to the children in the spirit world you will attract and comfort them so they will relax and trust you. The only thing you need to do then is to give them a little nudge in the back so they will go with the Angels ready to guide them, nothing more.

 

Please do not be afraid to attract negativity or that something negative will remain in your environment by doing this. That will not be the case! I personally guarantee you that. It is my promise to you that if you are willing to help me this way no harm will come to you from the spirit world, rest assured.

 

I think every one of you knows how important children have always been to me. So I hope you will be willing to help me out. I myself did not know about the existence of this way of helping deceased children, until I saw the medium reading fairytales from my own book - some of you might remember the fact I wrote some fairytales myself long ago. (“The Twelve Wondrous Fairytales” by Queen Fabiola.) That was the reason I was attracted to him that night. But you cannot imagine the amount of love such a simple, beautiful and very unique initiative generates. You should see its effects. It would motivate you to immediately start reading to those children, without a doubt.

How the Law of Compensation works

My dear friend, it’s so good to see you again, up and eager to receive some more information. I would like to pick up where we left off the previous time.

As I said: duality is a simple concept which isn’t really understood by many and that it will exist as long as one hasn’t reached the spheres of the soul. Knowing this gives us an advantage. For example: when someone decides to do something unloving it will have two (= dual) consequences: 1) the energy sent out will not contain the energy of love because the individual decided to block his soul from contributing its energy 2) the soul itself will not be able to fill itself with the natural love it needs to feel “normal” because a (partial) blockage has been created. So you see, when one decides to do something unloving towards someone else it also has an immediate impact on oneself (because a blockage works both ways). This way people will see the expression “to treat another as oneself” gets a deeper and more explanatory meaning.

Evidently you will also start to understand why we have repeated several times: to give and be loving even if you feel like you are wandering through the lowest of Hells. Because when you give love it will also have two (= dual) consequences: 1) it will (partially) unblock the flow of natural love towards your soul; and at the same time 2) allow the soul to contribute its love to the action, thought or creation.

But because many do not know or understand this duality they often do the total opposite. Since they feel bad they only worsen their situation by acting more unloving (instead of more loving) and they block their souls more and more until they are in total darkness.

Thus one of the things one needs to do to get out of hell or to feel better when one feels bad is to do loving things. “Saying sorry” is for example one of the loving things that will help unblock the flow of love. Because doing loving things will let natural love flow through our souls eliminating the blockages we created through the decision of our free wills. But because it is so hard to do, most people will not engage in walking this path. They’d rather live with a soul lacking the love it needs than giving others the love they need because they feel/think the others don’t deserve to receive that love.

However knowing what you now know, you can see the repercussions of this. By not giving others the love they need, you are not giving yourself the love you need: the reason being the principle of duality; you are blocking the flow of love from but also – at the same time – to your own soul.

This here my friend is the mechanism behind the Law of Compensation: when you do an unloving thing, you block your soul from contributing its love and in the meanwhile you block the love from entering your soul. And the size of the blockage will depend upon the severity of your actions and thoughts which in turn will also influence the time you will pay for the compensation.

For instance: taking a human being’s life is such a severe action it will almost block/encapsulate your whole soul. Of course circumstances will influence the quantity (of blockage). As for instance; when it was done out of self-defense it will not block/encapsulate the soul as much as when it is done in cold blood, but it will not be much less either. So you can readily see how difficult it will be and how long the process will take before the blockage will fade away (by letting love flow through your soul) especially because you cannot bring back to life the one you’ve killed. That is the reason why we can still unblock our souls even if we cannot make right what we did wrong but it is also the reason why it will be much harder.

Although we will unblock our souls much faster by undoing the unloving thing itself, to the people we did it to, we still have a chance of unblocking our souls by doing loving things to people we did not do the unloving things to. This might not seem fair to the people who have suffered by the wrongdoing of others but it shows the fact Father loves us unconditionally and does not want us to suffer infinitely, although people would.

If you let love flow through your soul, it will have a positive effect upon the blockages you’ve created. And if you persevere, you will succeed in bringing your soul back into the harmony it needs. But then again there is also the Divine Love which is far more powerful than the natural love. If I would have to put a number on how much stronger, just so you can understand what I’m trying to say, I would say 10 or maybe even 100 times. Of course this is purely hypothetical because natural love is only a derivative of Divine Love so it is almost impossible to compare them this way. Anyhow you are already starting to see where this is leading to. If you ask for the Divine Love to enter your soul it will be 10 or 100 times more efficient, 10 or 100 times stronger than if you would let the natural love flow through your soul. So it will help to break down “the wall” you’ve created around your soul 10 or 100 times faster than the natural love would do.

And all of this will only depend on how you use your free will; the creator of ‘separation from’ but also the creator of ‘unity with’ God. Thus having two (= dual) functions in one concept. If you truly start to understand this concept of duality you will see how easy it will be to use its information to your own advantage: duality = 2 choices = to do (something) or not to do.

Thus to help you to become more at one with Father, it isn’t that hard to find out yourself which way you should use this duality. Being soul or being love or being one means only acting out of love. So what do you think we need to do to become one (besides asking for the Divine Love)?

[To act within the scope of love.]

Exactly. And what shouldn’t we be doing if we would like to become one?

[To act outside the scope of love.]

And although this seems so simple it is very hard to do for most people because they do not understand the true implications of this duality. But let me explain it further.

As a human being we mix up these choices and that is where the disharmony begins. Most of us only think that what we do is important; whether we do something loving or whether we do something unloving. But there is nothing more untrue. What we don’t do is just as important! If we encounter a situation where we feel we should do something loving but we restrain from doing it, it will have the same impact on our souls as if we do something unloving. If you look at this statement closely you will see the logic and the truth of it.

Just as your mind blocks your soul from adding love to an unloving action, so does your mind block your soul from adding your love to a specific situation. And as I explained in the beginning: a blockage works both ways. So if you block yourself from adding love to a specific situation, you also block yourself to receive love at the same time. Thus you see how important it is to understand the concept of duality (created by free will) and how it can be used to our advantage once we see it’s true nature: being love = being one = to act inside the scope of love = not to act outside the scope of love – and – not being love = not being one = act outside the scope of love = not act inside the scope of love. Evidently it is not only about what we do, it is also about what we don’t do; and both have an equal impact on our soul conditions!

Let me ask you a couple of questions to clarify this further. There are some teenagers assaulting a defenseless man 50 meters in front of you. You see them but you turn back or go around them without interfering or calling the police out of fear of getting assaulted yourself. Do you think, although you haven’t done anything yourself, it was a loving or an unloving inaction and do you think it will have an impact on your soul?

[Well, according to what you have been trying to explain, I would say it was an unloving lack of action with a free will decision not to add your own love to the situation. When you block your soul of adding love, you also block it from receiving love. So, yes, it would have had a ‘negative’ impact on the soul.]

Indeed. Although one does not do a thing here (no specific action) there will be a reaction: a (partial) blockage of the soul. So you see that “not doing something” is also an action that will generate a reaction and this is something a lot of people do not understand. Blocking your soul from contributing its love is the true action that lies underneath the physical inaction. And it is this action that creates the reaction.

Next question. Your friends are gossiping about an acquaintance of yours. They want you to participate and say negative things about her behind her back. Although you do not completely like this acquaintance, you refrain from contributing because you don’t have the exact details and understand there are two sides to every story. What do you think this time?

[That it was a loving inaction with a free will decision not to add unloving energy to the situation. So no blockage was created and it had a ‘positive’ impact on the soul.]

Exactly. But it will not only have a positive impact because no blockage was created. It will also have a positive impact because love was able to flow through you while in that situation. And although nothing physical was done, not blocking your soul or letting natural love flow is the underlying action which will have a reaction namely; breaking down (a tiny bit of) “the wall” you’ve build around your soul. So you are actually doing loving things by not doing unloving things and are being compensated for it.

Although I would like to continue and have a lot more to say I can see you are starting to get tired so I’m going to stop here.

Hello again my friend. I want to start this message with a very important statement that: “Everything is simple.”

When we give you information we will do it in such a manner it will build up to something. We first had to iterate the concept of will and free will; the fact they are different and located one in the soul, the other in the (spirit and physical) mind, so you (and others) grasped this basic concept.

Now, everything has a cohesive structure based on simple logic which even a physical brain – working on only 10% of its capacity – can easily understand. [Laughs.]

(I didn’t know you were a funny guy.)

There is so much you don’t know about me yet. [Laughs again.]

If we want to help others unleash their own powers we have to spoon feed all this information so the mind gets the time it needs to expand (or unblock) itself. It is good to talk about and investigate the true potential of the human mind because it will help this world to evolve and become the place it needs to be.

If your soul expands, your mind will follow. And especially as a human being (because of the inferior quality of the physical mind) it is important to learn to open up (your mind) so it can reap from the expansion of your soul. Wouldn’t it be a pity to have a soul bursting with knowledge but having no ability to share its information with others? And although the information we share might not always seem to be directly linked to the Divine Love, it will always be the hidden or missing link.

Everything we do is to help others grow closer to Father and that is something you should remind yourself of all the time; especially at times when you don’t know where this or that information is leading to.

It is very important that we (humans) use every resource at our disposal. Things will go much faster and easier than when we only use one way to accomplish something (because the odds to succeed will be much higher). This way all flaws can be ‘attacked’ as well by the mind as by the soul and it is the reason why progression for soul searchers (or Divine Love obtainers) can be much easier or more rapid: because we have the advantage of understanding this duality.

To gain access to the spheres of the soul (the celestial spheres) you have to become a perfect natural man (again). To become the perfect natural man you have to obtain (natural) harmony in soul and mind again. And although the Divine and natural love within the soul will help establish this harmony it is still the call of the mind and its free will to let the soul help it (to regain that harmony) or not.

(Well… I believe Divine Love is sufficient to help us become inhabitants of the celestial spheres. On the other hand I also have the feeling it is not completely so or at least that there is something else I can’t seem to be able to put my finger on.)

Yes, of course Divine Love (by itself) is powerful enough to ascend all flaws; but the problem is people’s faith. Many (including you) say they have faith but there is a big difference between having faith and saying you have faith. Most of the time people put conditions on things; even their faith. If people should (really) have total faith and act according to what their soul tells them – whether it is rational or not – then everything we say about the mind and the natural love would be irrelevant because the mind would be subordinate to the soul. But it is because people do not possess such faith (and their souls are subordinate to their minds) that it is very important for us to give them the necessary tools to get their minds back in harmony so (real) faith has a chance to step up and lead the way.

(What do you mean with putting conditions on things?)

That people do not do the things Father really wants. They do the things they “think“ Father wants and also hope to receive a reward for them. And although they will reap benefits from every loving act they do, they will never receive what they truly need because of their own expectations and limitations. If you give conditionally, you will only receive conditionally; and you will not see (nor receive) all the rest of the benefits that come your way. But when you give unconditionally, you will receive unconditionally: meaning you will put no limitations or expectations on what you give so there will be no limitations on what will come back to you; and anything (you really need) has the ability to come your way because you are not focused on receiving something back.

Many believe they have “faith” but instead they only have “beliefs”. Faith is from the soul; it is knowing Father will do everything in His power to provide and leaving the what, when and where open for Him to fill in. Belief is from the mind; it is thinking you know what you need and filling in the what, when and where yourself. And the difficulty for most people in this whole process is: their minds block out the leads of their soul. That is why it is so important to bring the mind back into harmony.

This brings us to the point where we have repeated the difference between soul and mind, will and free will, etc. more than enough and we see and feel you are ready to receive more information on “emotions”. Don’t worry. There is nothing complicated about it. You (and others) will see and embrace the simplicity of what we’re about to convey.

Emotions are only the result of the presence or the absence of (the broad energy we call) love. This plain and simple sentence contains every bit of information you’ll ever need to understand what emotions are. As I repeated so many times throughout the content of our previous messages: the soul is only capable of containing (the energy we call) love (with all of its sub categories).

So, with this in mind, if I would ask you whether the soul is able to hate, you’d say…

(No, of course not.)

Indeed, because hate is the result of…

(The absence of love?)

Correct. And it is the… that is capable of blocking the flow of love and act outside its scope.

(The mind with its free will?)

Well said. So hate is a product of the…

(Mind.)

Absolutely. Now, if I would ask you whether the soul is able to contain joy, you’d say…

(Yes.)

Because…

(It is the result of the presence of the energy of love.)

Perfect!

Now, I can already see you are thinking of the next question: “If negative emotions are the result of the absence of the energy of love, how come we can feel them? (Since they are the result of the absence of energy.)”

Because every act (or thought) creates an amount of energy; and it is that energy that will be translated into something physically and spiritually detectable or palpable. And when the mind makes the decision to act according to the rules of love, the energy of love will be able to flow and be present in this creation. But if the mind makes a decision to act not in accordance with the rules of love, only the energy created by the mind itself will be present and the absence of the energy of love will be felt; because the mind is capable of blocking the flow to and from the soul, thus acting outside the scope of love and creating energy lacking the energy of love: meaning unloving or negative energy.

(But it is also capable of not blocking the energy of love.)

Exactly.

(So the mind is actually the trigger of emotions whether they are positive (loving) or not?)

Definitely; the mind (with its free will) is the mechanism behind good and bad emotions and the soul can only contribute its energy of love when the mind acts in accordance with the laws of love; thus when it does not block the soul from its working. But the source of the energy for the positive or loving emotions is the soul (because they are accompanied by the energy of love) and the source of the energy for the negative emotions is the mind (because only the mind can create energy void of the energy of love).

So there you have your explanation. Nothing difficult about it and based on all the logic we gave you during our previous conversations. So you see it is true all our conversations will lead to something and help you (and others) understand what you do not understand yet, even when you (or others) don’t see the immediate use of one of our messages.

If you look at all this given information you will see it is based on the simple principle of duality which people do not embrace enough because they do not see its simplicity nor understand it’s true workings (in this case the presence or absence of love).

Duality is only possible because of the workings of free will. And if you look at this statement you will come to understand why we say people need to become ONE with Father and that (as we said in our previous messages) ‘free will’ will no longer exist in the soul spheres; because there are no longer TWO choices, only ONE: “God = Love = I”.

Now you are starting to understand and see why we have told you before that everything is simple; that as long as people have not become ONE with Father, duality (= TWO choices = principle of free will) will exist.

There is still a lot to say and I can see you are very hungry for more so let me conclude with this last thing.

(It’s just that I can feel there is so much more detailed information underneath all these brief explanations that I would like to receive it all at once.)

We know. But patience is required because the human mind needs to be able to process what we give. And if we do not build up this information the right way, essential things might get lost in the process and that wouldn’t be good. That is why we are introducing the concept of duality now; so people will get a better understanding of its working and start using it to their advantage.

But I’m afraid I must stop now. Please stay open minded so we can keep on helping you (and others) to better understand these things.

Hello again my friend. I am very pleased to see you seize moments like this, so we can help you clarify the things we talk about and that you have come to see them as opportunities (to grow and progress), not as nuisances; also in the hope others will benefit from them too.

You knew, the moment we started to explain the concept of ’free will’, (some) people would not agree with what we told you; even you were not 100% sure whether you truly believed what we were telling you. It was only when I told you afterwards that this (previous sentence) was the reason you should believe (because what you ’believed’ was not 100% in accordance with what we wrote), that you started to accept it; and then we could transfer a large amount of information to you so you could see the bigger picture behind it.

[Yes, you needed a better opening first so we could pass on that information.]

It is very important to understand there is a big difference between ‘will’ and ‘free will’. Will is what we called the principle of choice in our previous message: it is every possibility, choice and action executable within the scope of love. Free will is the same as will but with the addition of being capable to move outside the laws of love (or the laws of the soul).

What’s also very important to know is: when we speak of love, we speak about much more than what the definition of the word love means. Love is a very broad form of energy made of multiple sub (energy) forms or subcategories. And the definition of love: “having affection for” - as most people use it - is only one of many subcategories. So you see, knowing and understanding the context and definition of the words used by others is an important part of understanding the context and meaning of the whole message. 

Unfortunately, most people (including mediums) do not question that their definition of a word is the same as someone else’s, so they do not grasp the true meaning of what the other (man or spirit) is saying. This is also the reason why spirit messages are so different (in content) but can still be perceived as true (by the medium or others). The receiving person can feel the spirit influence and their love (and therefore conclude it is true) while they do not understand their words might not have the same meaning as the intended meaning or definition.

It is inherent to the human mind to fight all information that might cause its nullification. That is for example the true story behind why ‘666’ is the number of the beast. I can see you’re quite surprised. But let me explain what I mean, because it is completely in sync with the topic we are dealing with.

As you know 'Satan' never existed. But what you (and most others) don’t know is the original (666) story was used to portray the fall of the perfect natural man.

Those who understand anything about numerology know that the number six stands for harmony. Well then, number three refers to the existence of life as we know it: body, mind and soul. So 3 times 6 (or 666) means having harmony in body, mind and soul; thus, having the state of the perfect natural man. And it is, by no means, coincidence the sphere of the perfect natural man is the sixth one; the sphere of harmony.

So, in the original story, 'Satan' was not an angel but a perfect natural man who lost the state he was in by using his free will (his mind). He made choices (not in tune with the laws of the soul) that blocked the flow of love (to his soul) so the harmony (he was in) started to dissipate. Sounds familiar? The more harmony was lacking, the more the mind took over; and harmony became its worst enemy; because the mind loved the (unlimited) power and control it had. So every time the mind comes in contact with something (or someone) trying to re-establish harmony (hence it will lose some of its power and control) the mind (or the beast) retaliates, trying to keep the power on its side. 

So you see, 666 is the number of the beast (or the mind); considering harmony of the body, mind and soul will lead to less power and control; the beast within (ourselves and others) will be summoned, trying to block us (and others) from finding and re-creating harmony. Since finding and re-establishing that harmony would result in less power and control over our own minds and that of others which would not be a good thing for the mind.

Now, besides giving you the true meaning behind the story of the number of the beast, we also wanted to use it to explain the message of free will in a different way. As you know we have already explained numerous times that 'Satan' (or 'Lucifer') does not exist. Furthermore we already explained (also through Mr. Padgett) it wouldn’t be possible for someone to become an angel and then all of a sudden decide to become mean and vicious again and leave the heavens he/she is in.

Well, the reason for that is because of the difference between will and free will. Free will - the ability to choose not to live according to the laws of love (or the soul laws) – is the reason why it is possible for the perfect natural man (and everybody beneath that level) to become less loving again. Especially in the physical, where the power of free will is strongest and the effects are not that outspoken (or felt) as in the spirit world. But, quite to your surprise, it is also the case within the spirit world. So, yes, it would be possible (theoretically) for someone within the spirit world to regress. 

(Oh boy.)

[Laughs.] I understand your reaction.

(I can already imagine how some are going to react to this. LOL.)

[Laughs again.] So, why do I say theoretically? Because the reactions (or the effects) within the spirit world are so direct and outspoken that those who have experienced a more advanced way of living will not want to go back to a less loving way of living. Only those who are in bad shape will often remain there longer as needed because they choose to keep on using their free will to keep on living the unloving way they are used to (by laughing at others, trying to instigate others to do bad things, etc.).

But the proof of the ability of the spirit to regress can be found in stories like; the story about the inheritance of the flaws of the parents and grandparents and in the story about the regression of the first parents: Aman and Amon or in the story of the number of the beast, as we just explained it to you. Because all souls incarnate in their pristine state or condition but almost none can retain that state. And when the regression in the physical takes place, the regression in the spirit is also a fact considering they are in sync. Otherwise the man who lived an unloving life would find himself in the sixth sphere after leaving his physical life; which isn’t the case at all.

When you look at what I said in the beginning - that no angel has ever fallen out of heaven or regressed back to the lower spheres - you should come to understand why this would never (ever) be possible: because once one enters the celestial (or soul) spheres, the possibility to choose or act outside the scope of (the energy we call) love, is no longer possible. Meaning: free will (as we know it) no longer exists, since it has served its purpose and is no longer needed. It doesn’t mean one will become a slave of God without having the ability to choose freely. It means becoming one with Him, still being able to choose freely, but choosing and acting within the scope of love.

If it would have been possible to still choose or act outside the scope of love (= to use free will) once one becomes a celestial angel, the story of 'Satan' (or 'Lucifer') would have been right or at least possible or plausible. But the reason why we have said (so many times before) it is not possible at all, is because of this truth about free will.

Once one enters the celestial spheres, the body and mind are no longer essential to one’s existence and totally subordinate to one’s soul; which still possesses the gift of the will: the ability to act, think, behave and choose according to the laws of love. 

As to what happens to a man when he dies and becomes his spirit, so will it also happen to the spirit who dies (a figurative spirit death) and becomes his soul. This is what the seventh sphere is for (or prepares us for): to pass on the principle of identification from the spirit to the soul; just as when the physical body dies, the principle of identification is passed on from the physical to the spirit. Hence, the last stage of the new birth - which was started by opening up the soul to receive its first speck of Divine Love - is now finalizing; and the soul is ready to enter the spheres of the soul or as most call them: the celestial spheres.

And so the speculations of some of the spirits in the sixth sphere that maybe one day the spirit body may also not exist - as the physical body once stopped to exist (for them) - are true. For only the soul has any significance in the life eternal; all the rest will only be remembered as a vague illusion of what once was.

Of course, my dear friend, it is always my pleasure to enlighten my brothers and sisters in the flesh.

I will start off with saying that only seldom a child will be born free from flaws but that all souls incarnate in their pristine flaw free condition. 

The process of the human birth is not understood completely by many so they conclude what they are capable of understanding with their minds. To help with this, I want to explain to you something very vital. As we all know, there is the need for a sperm and an egg to start the creation of the human body and, at a particular moment in the whole process, the soul will take possession of that body. Well, what most people do not understand is the soul does not take its place in the physical body. It will nest itself into the spirit body, which is a very important difference. 

If you examine this statement closely, you will come to understand the soul cannot control the physical body in a direct way, only in an indirect way; through the spirit body, because it is the spirit (body) that controls the physical (body). But I will come back to this principle later.

Well then, when the soul has not yet nested itself in the spirit body, it is in its pristine state with nothing surrounding it to block out the energy it needs to live its life to its full potential. It is only as soon as it nests itself in its spirit body that the process of inheriting the flaws of its ancestors begins. The moment the soul incarnates, it becomes veiled by the spirit body, which in turn becomes susceptible to its surrounding energies and makes a connection (the silver chord) with its physical body. 

Since the new life form stays closest to its mother’s energy, the mother will be the first to pass on her energy patterns; created by herself (her own mind) or adopted from her parents. However, if you contemplate this, you will understand her parents were also influenced by their own minds and parents and their parents also; and so on. Consequently you can see the flawed energy/mind patterns are copied, depending on their dominance and persistence, from generation to generation. Some minor adopted flaws will vanish quickly as the child gains its own life experiences. Some other (more severe flaws) will survive very long and will be passed on to their own offspring. It will all depend on the use of their own free will which ones will survive, vanish or be added. And that is how the process of the inheritance of the flaws of the parents works.

However, it is not only the surviving energy patterns from our grandparents (within our own parents) that influence us (indirectly), it is also the patterns from our (still living) grandparents (or great-grandparents) that influence us (directly). For when we are born, most of our grandparents are still alive and very present in our everyday lives. Therefore coming into direct contact with their patterns or flaws will only enforce the ones we already adopted (or are adopting) from our own parents. (And this is of course also the case if our great-grandparents are still alive.) Naturally, the frequency of coming into contact with them plays an important role in the influence they will have. This too is the reason why the energies of siblings, friends, teachers, leaders, etc. can influence our own energies, minds, patterns or flaws. It just depends on the frequency of the contact and the ability of staying true to oneself: whether the connection with one’s soul is still in good condition or whether the veil of the spirit is blocking it. It is also the reason why it is so important to choose your company wisely.

Why we prefer to talk about flaws, instead of sins, is because there are far more energy patterns (that cannot be classified as sins) that block the flow of love. To give you one important example: thinking one is not worthy (of love). This can and will block the soul to receive a (big) portion of love. But what you also have to understand is; that, because of such thinking, the influence of the soul becomes less outspoken and more difficult, which in turn will make it more difficult to live according to the laws of love. So, flaws like that, which have nothing to do with sin, can have a big impact on the condition of the soul and even create an environment where sins thrive because the influence of the soul diminishes.

So, as you can derive from what I have said, the integration of the flaws of previous generations is not a static or instant process where the soul receives a bunch of ‘sins’ the moment it incarnates, it is a dynamic process where self-created energies play an active role in blocking the flow of love to and from the soul. The soul has no part in this whole process because its sole purpose is to love; to give love and to receive love; and it cannot do anything out of tune with the laws of love. 

That is why God created the physical realm and the intermediary realm, better known as the spirit realm. And it is this whole system - Father created - that makes it possible for us to enjoy total freedom in the use of our free will: to some a blessing, to some a curse. This system allows us to identify ourselves with our human bodies and with our minds without being under direct control of our souls: the experience of unlimited freedom, not being dependent on the existence of a greater Source - thus, the experience of being God.

(So, do I understand you correctly? Are you saying free will does not reside in the soul?)

Indeed, my friend. Free will - the ability to choose to live according to the laws of love or not - does not reside in the soul, as the soul does not have the capabilities to do anything not in tune with the laws of love. Free will resides in the mind; as well in the physical as in the spirit. It is a concept based on the principle of choice, which does reside in the soul. However, it adds the dimension of being able to make choices outside the scope of love and that is why it cannot be part of the soul. So by choosing the Divine Love path, you use your free will to state that love is the only choice you ever want (and need) the rest of your (eternal) life - that you do not want to live outside the scope of love - and that you are therefore willing to put everything else, even your mind, in second place.

We can conclude our wonderful talk here for I see we covered everything I wanted to talk to you about. Stay safe and centered in the love and don’t let your mind take control of your life; let your soul guide you. For, when it comes to matters of the soul, the mind is not the right source to explain them (because of its subjectiveness). And when it comes to the matters of the mind, there is no better (objective) source than the soul to explain them.

Hello again my friend.

I am glad you are feeling better and you are keeping up with doing your new daily meditation as we instructed you. Yes you are right about what you received during your meditation on ‘The reason why Jesus needed to be free from sin.’

Now, let’s first clarify what sin is. Sin is only a word to indicate that certain actions or thoughts are not in tune with your soul knowledge - with the laws of Love. I know people tend to put a lot of negative energy on the meaning of the word, but they shouldn’t. Sins can only be manifested or created by the mind and have nothing to do with the soul. The soul - as an image of the father - is not capable of creating anything out of tune with the laws of Love. Sins are nothing more than ‘mind flaws’ that exist in different levels. They are portrayed in everyday life in the way we think, speak and act.

Now, why did Jesus have to be free from these mind flaws? Because as you have experienced yourself, even if someone has received a big amount of Divine Love in their soul, the mind keeps on existing. And although the Divine Love will silence the mind for a while - depending upon the amount of love you receive - the mind will come to the forefront again. That is why we need to pray as much as we can, as frequently as we can, so the Love will silence the mind and eradicate all flaws from it.

So, the reason Jesus had to be free from sin is because he needed a mind that wouldn’t interfere with his soul longings. If his mind would have contained these kind of flaws they would have interfered with his calling and it would have made his mission far more complicated; which was not Father’s intention. Jesus had to have the same opportunity as Aman and Amon, equal in its context. So you see he was ‘mind flaw free’ because it was a prerequisite to his calling, not because he was special. And when people compare themselves with him, they are doing something impossible, because 99% of all people living on earth will be soaked in the flaws of their parents, siblings, teachers, leaders, cultures, etc.

That is also the reason why you aren’t flaw free; but you don’t need to be. In fact, it is a ‘good’ thing because it will help you with your own calling. It will help you to understand what people are going through. It will help you explain these processes to them because you will receive the insight firsthand from the processes you have to go through yourself.

Most people do not want to look at their own flaws. They think they need to be perfect examples of the Love; that Divine Love does not leave room for flaws once they received a portion of it. Well, they are flawed! [Laughs] Because flaws will exist until people reach the level of flawlessness. And it is the recognition (not the denial) of one’s own flaws that will lead to their eradication; whether the eradication comes through the use of the natural love or the Divine Love is of no importance - although we Divine Love connoisseurs know which path will be swifter.

I think this is a good place to stop and I am glad we had this talk because you portrayed the context of what I wanted to explain very well.

Good evening my dear friends. It is a pleasure to be with you again. My name is Joseph. I have come to talk to you about things you need to know in life. Things like: ‘Where are my own boundaries?’, ‘How do I make the right decisions?’

You have to understand the that each and every one of you is guided by your guides and by your Guardian Angels. They speak to you as souls. So it is very important for you to try and listen to your soul once in a while. Why do so many things go wrong in our lives? Well, because we listen to our minds and our thoughts instead of our feelings, our soul. That, my friends, is the reason why so many things go wrong, why there is so much negativity, why there is so much ego, why there is so much war. Do not try to reason all the time. Do not use your mind all the time. Try to empty your selves of all the thoughts that you have because they will interfere with you making the right decisions.

If you want to live a happy life, if you want to live a fruitful life, then you will have to start to listen to your soul and to the things your guides and Guardian Angels are trying to tell you. I know it can be very hard while here on earth because we learn to trust our brains, to trust our minds, our thoughts. We are being taught to use it that way. But that is not the way it is intended. Try to forget everything that was once taught and try to feel what your soul is telling you. Your soul will not communicate with words. Your soul will give you images. Your soul will give you feelings. Your soul will make you know what is right and what is wrong without needing to think. So try and try harder and start to realize your soul knows everything there is to know to be (or become) happy, joyful, playful, loving, etc.

Know we are with you and that we will help you as good as we can but that it is up to you to decide whether you want that help or not, whether you want to listen to your soul or not. Because what your soul wants is not always what your mind wants. On the contrary, they often are very far apart. Know that it is not wrong to try and be the best you can be.

Also understand that in everything you do, you have your limitations, even though as a soul you are unlimited. You need to realize this! You are an unlimited but also a limited being in this moment in time. You, as a person, need to set boundaries. You need to do that! Do not feel bad to say no. Do not feel ashamed to not being able to help somebody or for drawing a specific boundary to protect yourself, because we all have our own needs and limitations. That is a good thing.

Do not look at those limitations as being negative but understand they are necessary to protect yourself, your physical and mental health. They also define your personality, your character and your talents. And in that perspective you will understand we all need each other. We all need to be who we are, so others can benefit from our talents and we can benefit from other people’s talents or personalities.

We are here together and we are one, whether you want to believe that or not. We have all started our journey from the same source and we will all end that journey going back to that same source. So accept your limitations and boundaries and accept those of others. Be gentle. Be understanding. Be patient with those around you and with yourself. It is when you learn to live with or by your own limitations or boundaries that you will understand the true nature of your being, of your soul.

 I’m very glad my friend and one of my teachers, Joseph, has spoken to you. He has put in words very well the difference between mind and soul; thinking and knowing. As all of you, I’ve had my struggles, I’ve had my fights with the demons I had inside. But thanks to my master and friend and thanks to the persistence of my own soul, I came to see the light, the light that shines in all of us. It is that light that will guide you in times of trouble, in times of darkness.

But the real question is: are you willing to shine that light in times of darkness? If you choose so, you will be seen by those who do not do so, those who hide their souls. You will be there focal point. But does that matter if you truly seek happiness and joy in life? That, my friends, is the choice you yourself will need to make. Nobody else can make that decision for you. It is like Joseph said: you are the light inside of you. Sure you can construct a wall around your soul, with your thoughts and mind, so that nobody can see your true self, your light. But the only thing this will accomplish is darkness and the only thing you will feel is the urge to bring back that light out of the darkness. So choose wisely and remember with that choice comes a great responsibility and it will not protect you from the thoughts or the behavior of others. What it will do is give you everything you need to be happy from the inside and that is the only true happiness there can ever be.

Fight for the love inside.

Frankfurt, May 31^st ,2014.

Good evening my dear and loving friends. My name is Paramahansa Yogananda and I have the honour of speaking to you tonight.

Let me start by saying that we are glad you all came to join us in love and meditation so we can create more love, openness and trust in ourselves, in our environment and in the people around us.

The message we want to give you tonight, is to fight for the love inside. Do not give up on this world even though sometimes it can be cruel and harsh and very unloving. There is a Source that spreads Its Love without limitations, you only have to tap into Its Energy.

The world is (only) what you make of it. The world is only an illusion of our minds. If you let the Divine Essence flow through you and fill your heart and soul, you will see this world through different eyes. You can create darkness if you want to but, if you choose to, you can also create light. The choice is yours and yours alone.

Each one of us is connected to the Source of Light and Love. The only thing you need to do, to manifest this Light and Love in your own life’s, is to ask for It with the right longings, with faith that you will get what you ask for and with the sincerity of a child’s heart.

When you feel down, try to focus on the good things in your life. Do not let others keep you from the happiness you deserve and the path you choose to walk. Travel at your own pace. Travel with the Love and the guidance of the Source of all love. Do not judge yourself or others for that matter. Just try to be the best you can be. Darkness (or dark thoughts) will create darkness and light will create light.

We know it can be hard sometimes. We know this world is still a lot in its mind, instead of its heart, but times are changing. People are awakening to the calls of the Love Divine. We are all children of the Universe. We are all created by the same Force and whether you want to believe it or not, will not change the Truth about it.

If you think about what I just said, you will see this also applies to you. You are who you are, no matter what anybody else thinks or says about you. Whether somebody else likes you or judges you should not matter to you, my dear friends. It should not matter to you at all. The words they speak do not change one tiny bit about you, about reality. They do not have any power over who you are or what your path is. The only one who has that power is you.

Remember that, next time somebody upsets you, next time somebody saddens you, next time somebody hurts you. Can they truly? Of course they can’t, because you are who you are and only Love can see you for who you are. The only way you can ever create light, love, happiness and harmony in your own lives, is by being who you really are; by being love.

Good evening. As you have noticed, all of these entities had something in common. They all asked for help and it was also important you knew they all had different nationalities. Why? Well, because we want you to understand that origin, place of birth, place of death or geographic residence is of no importance at all once you enter the spirit world. Even language is not important.

You didn't know the first person, Jean-Marie, but he was actually a prominent person. The latter, Alvin, was as they say, a regular street boy. This, also, makes no difference when one enters the spirit world. The position of a man on earth does not affect the position of the soul in the spirit world. In the spirit world, everybody is equal. All that matters here, is the development of the soul: how much love you have cultivated, received or requested. Whether you are world famous or a street kid, once you enter this world nothing except for the love you tried to cultivate will matter.

How do we develop that love? Well, very simple: by following our heart and soul.
It is not enough to only ask for love, it is also very important to give love! There is an old saying that indeed contains much truth: "it is in giving that you receive." So try to look at the positive side of people and give them compliments about it or say ‘thank you’ when they have tried to help or serve you. It might seem small or insignificant to you, but believe me, it is never. It is such things that will determine your place in the hereafter.

Of course, there is the "Primal Energy" - the Universal or Divine Love that one must receive in his soul - which is most important. But it is equally important to share the Love one receives with others.

Herein it is important to follow your heart and soul. This way you will feel what is in report with the Laws of Love. It is by living according to these Laws of Love, that you keep your soul in a loving condition.

Try to observe yourself more than normal, so you can learn when the Universe (=God) talks to you. Yes, it does that. Give more (Love) so the walls you've built around your soul may disappear like snow to the sun. Give, so you may feel what it brings about. Whether you give somebody 5 Euros, a hand or a pat on the back, does not matter, as long as you give it with Love.

I know I'm not telling you anything new, but too few people know what the real effect of (loving) giving is. Not giving because you feel you should, but giving because you feel it's the right thing to do and because your heart and soul tell you to.

It is important for you to know how thoughts affect spirituality. The power of positive thinking is not as stupid as most people think. Negative thinking disconnects the link between you (as a physical and spirit being) and your soul. Since the soul is the most important part, men should pay most of their attention to it, so the mind will subordinate to the will of the soul.

When one thinks of too many negative things, it feels like the soul (and all the love in it) suddenly disappears. Of course it does not. It just feels like it because you allow those (negative) thoughts instead of having faith in the Source of the universe. And unhappiness only arises because the connection between your physical body and your soul has temporarily been broken.

So be aware of the fact that your mind is capable of doing this. It is your journey to learn how to subordinate your mind to your soul. Once that process begins, you start the journey of becoming who you really are.

Be aware of your thinking and try to correct yourself at times when you worry, fear, feel guilty, hate, etc. by thinking positive and loving thoughts. And, what if you don’t succeed? Well, ask for help! Ask your guides and the Source to help to fill you with Love and positive thoughts. If you persist, you will notice negativity will fade, because you're trying to reconnect the link between your mind and soul. Only love can repair this connection. Every bit of negativity decomposes or disconnects this link, little by little.

That is why we need to learn to love everybody. We know it is difficult. We know how much judgment is within men. However, as we just mentioned, these judgments are merely the creations of the mind. If your mind is subordinate to your soul, you will feel the need for love and attention in every person equally; whether it is a Jew, a Moroccan, a Belgian or an American; an introvert, extrovert, silent or loud, soft or harsh person. Nobody’s life is worth more than anybody else’s.

And to cultivate the Love inside your soul, it is important that you learn this and that you put aside your preconceived thoughts. How? By bursting the bubble and talking with the one you have preconceived ideas about. Look at how they live, what they are doing or what they value. You will find they are not so different from you.

We are all human beings, spirits and souls. We are all creations depending on what the universe gives us, depending on the breath we take and what this earth provides, depending on the Prana that we get from the Source Itself. Please do not forget this valuable message, my friends. Write it down and read it again. These messages are food for the soul. They give you insight into what will make you happy and what many really need.

Put them into practice. Theory without practice is like a rough diamond that is never cut: nobody will see its true beauty.

Sri Yukteswar talks about Sai Baba and the law of creation

I am here, your friend and helper, Sri Yukteswar.

I have come because I wanted to reply upon the question who Sai Baba was.

Well let me start off with saying he wasn’t an avatar. When he died he entered what is known as the fourth sphere. He was not more special than any other man on earth. He was born from a woman and he died as any other man will have to once.

The reason why he was able to do some things others can’t, is he understood the laws of creation. These laws govern the way things are created and also how they are destroyed. When you come to learn how your free will can interact with these laws, you will understand the way they work.

Sai Baba wasn’t any different except that he knew how to interact with the laws of creation. It is because of this he could create or manifest things other people can’t. I have known many people who understood the laws of creation and could do the things Sai Baba could. So you see he wasn’t further advanced than any other human could be.

The problem with most humans is they don’t believe it is possible to create things out of nothing or thin air. But if you look closely at how Mother Nature works, you will find she does it all the time. The only things she needs are the right conditions to do so, and off she goes to create what is needed to be.

So the fast learner, or at least the attentive one, will understand the last sentence is the key to the whole mystery: “creating the right conditions”. How? Well, everything created is done so with “intention”. So you see, these three things are very important when it comes to materializing or dematerializing things: “free will, intention and the right conditions.” The third parameter is actually influenced or created by the help of the first two.

I know this all sounds a bit confusing at first but when you meditate upon this for a little while, it will become very clear to you. But, to confuse you even more, I have to say these parameters are all influenced by your mind and mental believes. These parameters all have their origin in the soul. So if you do not let the soul supersede the mind, you will never be able to materialize or dematerialize.

I am going to stop here for now and hope you find interest in what I have given you. Keep an open mind so we can pour our knowledge into your consciousness, my dear friend.

This meeting started (surprisingly to me, because we never had that before) with a healing circle very simular to what Geoff did in Blackpool.

Good evening.

May I ask to join me to make the symbol of balance on your heart chakra.

We would love to begin this séance with a healing, to send love to those who need it. I think we all know somebody who needs our help or our love at this moment. That is why we thought it would be a good idea to start with a group healing.

First, we ask you to put both feet firmly on the ground and visualize, with eyes closed, how a small ball of light starts to form in the middle of this table. We ask the Source of all Life and Love to fill this ball of light with all the Love it can possibly hold.

When we are asking for this Love we watch the ball grow and become almost as big as the whole table. This ball of love and light is now gently resting upon your knees. Fill this ball with all the names of the ones you love, the images of the ones you love and all the positive wishes you have for yourself, your loved ones and all other people you can think of because this world needs it badly.

We can feel how the Source of Love is helping us to fill this ball and we see and feel the ball becoming bigger and bigger until we are part of it. As we are now part of this ball we can extend its limits to make it as big as the whole room.

Fill this ball with good intentions. Fill this ball with all your great and loving ideas and let it grow by filling it with more of your love, our love and the Love of the Big Soul.

See and feel it has become as big as the whole building. It is being filled with so much love we can barely hold on as it is starting to flow upwards. We feel it rising higher and higher and let go of it so it can fly towards where it needs to go.

As it takes off, we see it divide in thousands of smaller balls each following its own path to reach the destinations you gave it.

Do not worry if you did not think about everybody you wanted to. The reason why we always create such a big ball of light and love is because we want you to become part of the ball itself. This way, all your thoughts and good intentions were present within the ball, whether you explicitly thought about them or not. So everybody in your consciousness or unconsciousness will have been included and will profit from it.

Today I would like to tell you something about earthly emotions; grief, pain, anger, sorrow and so on.

First you've got to understand that emotions are things created. You are the creator of your own emotions. I know this might sound a bit strange or even hard to believe to you but nevertheless it is the truth. Every kind of emotion is a disruption of the harmony between mind and soul.

We, as children of the cosmos, are souls. Unfortunately throughout centuries we have come to believe we are our own creations or are creations of our minds. Therein lays the biggest error of today's thinking.

Freeing yourself from these errors is actually very simple. One only has to ascend himself and his earthly bonds. This may sound difficult to do or comprehend at this moment in time but let me assure you it is possible.

Do not forget we are souls who are connected to the Source of Wisdom and Creation. It is with this soul we can find any answer we are looking for; also the answer on how to ascend your mind.

So what do I mean when I say; to ascend your emotions? Let me try to explain it as clear as I can.

The ascension of our emotions will find its beginning in the realisation we are not who we physically are. Our physical existence is merely a representation of the existence of our soul. In other words, everything we create (or are) as a human being is being created by our soul in the first place.

Unfortunately enough, not many people understand how this goes about. But let me tell you the answer is, most of the times, much easier and simpler than most people think.

If we are indeed the creators of our own thoughts and emotions, the answer is very simple indeed; do not create these emotions, these thoughts, anymore. Distract yourself from the thoughts that keep you from being the loving soul you truly are or want to be.

Love is indeed the answer to everything. This does not mean you have to accept everything others do or say. It is not because one reprimands another, because of his unloving words or deeds, one is not loving or in balance. Sometimes it is needed to do so. There is however a difference in speaking (or reprimanding) with authority or angrily: the first is in balance, the second is not.

What we as humans miss is the insight our heart and soul gives us in our contemporary lives.

Try to be more conscience of the processes that trigger a certain emotion. Does this mean you have to know every little detail about why you have certain emotions? No, the primary focus is on observing yourself and that is less difficult than you'd think.

Plant the intention in your soul by thinking about it. Say to yourself: "I want insight into why I create anger or fear." This will create an awareness on those moments you become angry or fearful and help you to become an observer of yourself. It will help you to find out what the trigger beneath the emotion is.

The strange thing about this, is when you get this insight, the emotion will disappear. This is because you have subordinated your mind to your soul on that specific topic. So the more you try to do this, the more control you will give to your soul and all worries and emotions of the mind will disappear like snow to the sun.

Does this sound difficult or illogical? Eventually the truth is always much simpler than most people can imagine.

I hope we have given you the tool you have asked for. This is something even the simplest of souls can learn. It all depends upon the great gift God gave us; free will.

The beautiful Source doesn't want anything from us except our love. We are the ones who are responsible for the choices we make in our lives. So do everything you do out of love and you will see how fast and easy your life will change.

Do not start thinking again: “It's easy for you to say,” or “It's not that simple,” for it is. You just need the necessary willpower, dedication and of course all the Love you can get.

That is why it is so important to tune in to the Big Soul. Because, if you are willing to accept His Essence in your soul, you will notice these things will become much easier and faster. You will gain insight not only into yourselves but also into the world and the whole cosmos around you.

So you see there is still a lot to learn. You don't have to be afraid the learning will stop tomorrow, because it won't.

I hope we have planted a seed that will help you to grow closer to the Source of all goodness, the Creator of all souls.

My dear friends. As you have already guessed, it is I Jesus.

I just came because I wanted to reiterate how much I, your guides and your loved ones in spirit do love you. I know this world can be a tough place to live on and breathe. I have been there.

Remember that we and the Big Soul are always with you to help and give you the love you so need the moments you feel the weakest. But I also wanted to answer the question that sometimes arises: "Why certain angels, spirits or entities do not state their name when delivering a message?"

Let me assure you they all have good reasons why not to. For example: to avoid awkward situations. If for instance Elvis would have become a beautiful angel by now and came to talk to you (you being a huge Elvis fan) that could lead to some strange situations (with bizarre questions) and with interference of the delivery of the planned message.

Another reason, for example, could be to eliminate your prejudgment. Let's say Hitler would come to deliver you a message about love or any positive subject, it would be very hard for most people to believe or accept what comes out of his mouth. Do you understand?

So as there is almost always a simple answer to any question, so it is with the fact some spirits do not mention their names. Therefore they are not less trustable they just know it is better for them not to mention their names at that specific moment.

A name is also a label. And sometimes it is easier to give your love and attention to somebody whose name you do not know then when you do know. You don't need to think hard about that to realize it is true.

I hope we have shed some light on this topic why angels, spirits or entities do not wish to mention their name. Be loving, respectful and understanding towards everybody because everybody needs our love. Let's leave it like that.
